Gavin Spencer, the General Manager of SEL, personally supervises all construction projects - in the workshop and during installation. Gavin has over 27 year's personal experience in heavy engineering design and fabrication for a wide range of industries and has a high quality staff of well-trained and experienced tradesmen.
